1. Why is shipping for all US orders set to $38.99?
As a proudly UK-based brand, we’ve always been committed to quality, care, and providing a seamless experience for our customers around the world, including keeping delivery prices as low as possible.
Recently however, newly introduced US tariffs on goods sent from the UK have created unexpected challenges and we've had to adjust our delivery rates to ensure we continue providing a reliable and seamless service to you.
From September 2nd, 2025, shipping from the UK and EU to the US will incur a simple flat-rate fee of $38.99 on all orders, as per the below.
Please note that this flat fee covers everything. So you don't have to deal with unexpected customs charges, hidden duties, or extra fees at delivery. We’ll take care of it all for you. Thank you for your support and for choosing Protein Works.
2. Will I need to pay import duty on my order to the US?
US orders will not incur a duty charge after the 5th of September, 2025.
Orders destined for countries outside of the EEA may be subject to an import fee or duty tax enforced by the local government which unfortunately is out of our control.
3. How do I track my order?
As always at Protein Works, we love to go the extra mile. That’s why we’ve worked with the team at DHL Express to allow you to track your order from our warehouse, all the way to your order. And you can do this all straight from our website. Simply follow the steps below to track your order:
