Tpw™ Lifetime Guarantee Terms & Conditions

 

These terms and conditions govern our (THE PROTEIN WORKS™) Lifetime Guarantee. By using this service you (THE CUSTOMER) accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this service.

 

1. THE PROTEIN WORKS™ offer to take back all products (except for any CREATE YOUR OWN products) and refund you the remaining value of the product in the form of THE PROTEIN WORKS™ Loyalty Points.
2. The responsibility and cost for returning the product to us belongs to you. THE PROTEIN WORKS™ recommend using a “tracked” parcel service as we cannot take responsibility for any returned product that fails to arrive back with us.
3. Once the product has been received by us we will weigh the contents of the pouch and credit back (in the form of loyalty points to your account) the difference. As an example: A purchase of a 2kg bag at £40.00 returned to us and weighed at 1.5kg (75%) will have £30 (75%) in the form of points (3000 loyalty points) credited to your account. If you do not have an account THE PROTEIN WORKS™ reserve the right to create one on your behalf.
4. All returned product will be weighed within 3 working days of receipt.
5. Once weighed THE PROTEIN WORKS™ will email you with the recorded weight and the proposed value of points to be credited.
6. Once accepted by you (by email) the points will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
7. Refunds will not be given in the form of cash or refunds to credit cards but as loyalty points only.
8. Lifetime Guarantee applies to only products purchased directly from our website and excludes all third party sales including Ebay and Amazon
9. Order number must be provided in order for us to validate and process your return. Any claim without a legitimate order number will be rejected
10. THE PROTEIN WORKS™ will use their own in-house digital scales to weigh the goods upon receipt. These scales are calibrated on a regular basis by an independent 3rd party organisation to ensure accuracy. All decisions on actual weights are final.
11. Products using THE PROTEIN WORKS™ Create Your Own facility do not qualify as part of the Lifetime Guarantee as these products have been created by the Customer to their own specifications and we therefore have no control over their taste, mix-ability, or overall efficacy.
12. These terms and conditions in no way negate your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Free Referral Products do not qualify for the Lifetime Guarantee.
14. THE PROTEIN WORKS™ reserves the right to remove and or amend this service at any time without prior notice.
15. Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with said breach, including, but not limited to, suspending your access to the website and/or prohibiting you from accessing the website.
16. We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time.  Revised terms and conditions will apply to the Lifetime Guarantee from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website.  Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
17. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our Lifetime Guarantee and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this service.
