Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
In the face of the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are doing everything possible to keep our staff safe and our customers fueled. As a food producer and distributor, during the current emergency we are guided by 3 key principles:
1. Follow the Government Guidelines – we’ve put in place a wide range of measures to help protect the safety of our valued staff. We will continue to action changes in line with the latest Government advice. Please be aware however that these precautions may delay the delivery of your order slightly.
2. As a Food Producer, Keep Supplying – we manufacture in-house around 1,000 product lines and these include everything from complete meal shakes to immunity-boosting vitamins & minerals. Not only that, we serve customers in over one hundred countries around the world. In our global fight against this pandemic, we’re 150% committed to keeping the lights on at TPW Towers and serving our customers.
3. Move Forward as a Team – we’ve almost one hundred staff now at TPW and we’re a very close-knit team. In these tough times, we pull together more than ever. Whatever the challenge, whatever the cost, we support each other and move forward as one. It’s how we achieved success and it’s how we’ll always be.
The national spirit is being put to the test in every country around the world right now and we’re committed to doing our small bit for the cause.

Rest of the World - Deliveries are running as normal with some slight delays in some regions due to the Coronavirus.
Due to social distancing, we have temporarily disabled Click & Collect delivery option. In addition, couriers will also not require a signature when delivering your order.
We may change our next day delivery cut-off time during high demand periods as we reach capacity in complying with the Government guidelines on safety of staff. Please check carefully the cut-off time on site when placing your order.
